By booking a course with Brisbane Photography Courses, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
Bookings and payment
- Booking: When you make a booking, you confirm you have authority to accept these booking conditions on behalf of your party. We confirm each booking by email. Bookings must be completed within one year of purchase.
- Payment: Full payment is required to secure your place on a course or workshop. Payment can be made online by credit/debit card. A payment confirmation is sent by email.
Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds
- Rescheduling: Only one rescheduling is allowed. We can move you to another available class if we receive at least 6 days notice. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations with less than 6 days notice or for no-shows.
- Cancellation and refund: One rebooking is available for cancellation made with 6 days prior notice. Any further cancellation forfeits the rebooking opportunity.
a) Course/workshop cancellations must be made in writing (email).
b) No refund is available for cancellation 6 days (or less) before the course/workshop start date.
c) If cancelled 6 or more days prior, refunds (where applicable) are made through Stripe/PayPal and may be subject to Stripe/PayPal commission charges.
Class minimum numbers and weather policy
- Minimum numbers: Classes require at least 2 bookings (except One on One tuition). If numbers are not met, we will contact students about reschedule/cancellation. If only 1 booking exists, class may move to a later date with an existing booking.
- Wet weather policy: If a course/workshop is postponed or cancelled due to bad weather, you may reschedule to another listed class. We are unable to offer refunds for weather-related cancellations or reschedules.
Gift vouchers
- Gift vouchers: Valid for 12 months from purchase date. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. The recipient must use the voucher before expiry. If changing to a different course, any price difference must be paid 2 days before the class starts.
- Christmas vouchers: Not redeemable for cash and non-refundable. Must be used within the voucher validity period. Valid for 2 people on the same date and time only; separate bookings are not accepted.
