Smartphone Photography Course

Do you take photographs with your phone and are disappointed by how they turn out? Do you see other people's photos and think, "Why don't mine look like that?" In this course, you will learn how to use your smartphone's camera to its fullest potential, and how to creatively and effectively edit your photos on your phone. We'll demystify the confusing features of your camera app, and help you feel confident in the photos you take!
What you will learn :
We will explore the many functions within your smartphone's camera (including panorama, HDR, timelapse and slow mo videos, and much more) and experiment with them by taking lots of photos in the beautiful Southbank Parklands. Additionally, you'll learn how to creatively compose your photos, and to use lighting to your advantage. You'll also learn how to edit your photos to take your smartphone photography to the next level.
Students will need to bring the following :
- Smartphone with fully charged battery
- Phone manual (optional)
- Tripod, camera lenses, or other accessories (optional)
